Heavy traffic is expected around Naha Port Area during “Naha Hari” (Naha Dragon Boat Festival)

Naha Hari will be held at the Shinko Wharf of Naha Port for three days from Saturday May 3rd to Monday May 5th, 2025. In addition, cruise ships are scheduled to arrive at Naha Port Tomari No. 8 and 2nd Cruise Berth on May 3rd and May 5th. As a result, heavy traffic is expected from Naha Port to the area around the Hari venue (Wakasa, Tomari, Aja, and Minatomachi).

Long delays are expected to pass through this area as the large number of attendees anticipated at this event, especially between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If possible, please avoid driving around this area during these hours and consider using public transportation instead. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
