WASSA WASSA is a small 3-room inn in Ogimi Village, northern Okinawa, set between the East China Sea and the Yambaru subtropical forest — a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. Run by a husband-and-wife team, the inn serves dinner featuring fresh local seafood from Hentona fishing port and seasonal Okinawan vegetables, prepared by a former Tokyo restaurant chef. Guests enjoy outdoor baths, and Ayurvedic wellness treatments are available for Deluxe villa guests. Open since 2014.

Three room types: two Superior Twin rooms (outdoor bath access, swimwear required) and one Deluxe Twin villa "Yambaru Routine" — a self-contained private cottage with private bath. Ayurvedic treatments (Abhyanga, Shirodhara) available for Deluxe guests from ¥13,200, by Japan Ayurveda Association-certified therapist. Check-in 16:00 / Check-out 10:00. Non-smoking.
