Naha rumbles with the beat of taiko drums in August as 10,000 eisa dancers parade down Kokusai Street, the city’s premier district for shopping and dining. Enjoy watching creative eisa performances by locals and young dancers, and even participate yourself, for a fee, as a member of the Niwaka Eisa Dance Group.
