Feel the rhythm of Okinawa through spectacular dance performances at the island’s largest eisa festival

Over 300,000 spectators fill Koza Sports Park in Okinawa City each summer for the Zento Eisa Matsuri—Okinawa’s largest eisa festival. Celebrate Okinawa’s heritage of dance with three days of brilliant eisa performances featuring unique drum patterns, singing, and melodies performed on a traditional three-stringed sanshin. The festival culminates with a traditional kachashi folk dance and an amazing firework display.
