How to use the Airport Limousine Bus
Ticket purchase
The Airport Limousine Bus operates on a pre-purchase ticket system—tickets are not sold on board. Tickets can be purchased at the airport counter (Domestic Arrivals), the Naha Bus Terminal, participating hotels, and through online booking sites such as Japan Bus Online and kosokubus.com.
Tickets may be purchased for same-day travel or for future dates at any of these sales points.
Boarding the bus

- The Airport Limousine Bus departs from designated stops. Please arrive at your designated boarding area ahead of the scheduled departure time and have your pre-purchased ticket ready.
- At Naha Airport and bus terminals, multiple bus routes depart from various stops. Be sure to check the bus stop and bus display to ensure you board the correct bus.
Bus etiquette and considerations
Priority seats
Priority seating is available for the elderly, pregnant women, and passengers with disabilities. Please offer these seats to those in need.
Behavior on buses
Refrain from littering, smoking, and eating onboard. Bottled drinks, such as water, are allowed if they do not disturb other passengers. For your safety, please remain seated and wear your seatbelt at all times during the ride.
Luggage
Large luggage should be placed in the luggage compartment, and any carry-on luggage should be managed to avoid obstructing other passengers.
Please note that there are restrictions on the size and weight of luggage. If you plan to bring oversized suitcases, be sure to check the requirements in advance.
Possible delays
Due to traffic and weather conditions, buses may arrive later than scheduled. Plan ahead and allow extra time, especially if catching a flight.
No restroom onboard
The bus is not equipped with a restroom, and there are no restroom breaks during the trip. Please use the facilities before boarding.
